Michele is a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition & Accountability Coach, with a specialty in Hormone and Menopause and Medical Fitness, also an experienced Menopause participant who helps women from all ages, but specializes in helping women over 40 get through their midlife journey.
Michele helps women take action to identify the root cause of their health and wellness struggles, considering hormone symptoms, helps remove any lifestyle roadblocks that are weighing them down, and get them (back) on the road to living a balanced, healthy life.
